Challenges

Before implementing Boza, our IT team lacked visibility into the applications used, increasing license inefficiency and security risks. Managing non-federated applications in SSO and tracking MFA configurations was complicated. As a result, our ISO 27001 certification process was compromised. Allocating and deleting access when employees arrive and leave was time-consuming and prone to errors, impacting productivity. In addition, the IT department did not have a granular vision of the costs of SaaS software and tools, making it difficult to optimize expenses. Software purchases and negotiations with publishers were poorly structured, leading to excessive spending.
